Returns Policy
Underwear
For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened or not.
We therefore strongly recommend that you consult our size chart in advance to choose the correct size.
We offer a warranty and will replace products (via store credit) that prove to be defective or contain significant manufacturing defects within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Washing instructions
- We recommend washing Stride Wear underwear cold.
- Wash inside out, with similar colours.
- Line dry to protect elasticity and longevity.
Stride Wear is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, or tumble drying.
When submitting a warranty claim, please send us an email with your order number in the subject line and include clear photos of the damaged product.
Clothing & Accessories Returns
Returned products must be in completely original condition:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- with all labels still attached
- Within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase
Our exchange policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, you must:
- Please return the item first
- Then place a new order
Your return will be refunded once it has been received and processed by our warehouse.
Treatment of products
Products must be handled with care and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
If the product has diminished in value due to use or improper handling, we may reduce the refund proportionately.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept products containing traces of aftershave, makeup, perspiration, perfume, body odor, or cigarette smoke.
